Great interview of Dr. Bender by John. What a varied life and career he’s had. Agree with him that Croatia offers indeed one of the finest sailing locales in the world.

I’ve know Jim since he was in high school. He is an amazing person! He and our son once rowed from Woods Hole to Martha’s Vineyard in a wooden boat Jim had built. They were best friends and climbing partners.
