It appears Gen Z is tacking for clear air in an attempt to escape tech job losses (and boredom?) from AI.  In what sounds like good news for the working waterfront, The Harris Poll did a study for Intuit Credit Karma showing 50% of Gen Z and 42% of millennials are planning to move to blue-collar/trade jobs like welding, plumbing, and electrical work which is good news for boatyards and the marine trades in general.
