Seeking Experienced Boat Caretaker/Owner’s Representative

Looking for someone practical, detail-oriented and experienced to help my father keep up two vessels in S.F./Emeryville as he gets older. Responsibilities would include: 1) overseeing maintenance and refit projects; 2) coordinating with yards and subcontractors; 3) identifying issues proactively; 4) ability to tackle small but important detail work that often falls through the cracks at yards, including hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting; 5) opportunities to captain or crew these vessels depending on experience. One vessel needs a haulout here soon, and liveaboard accommodation may be available during the yard periods, so I’m open to someone from out of town!
