Sailing School Office/Marketing Manager

Spinnaker Sailing is a premier sailing school/club providing high-quality sailing instruction for students of all levels. Established in 1980 the school is located at the Port of Redwood City Marina in Redwood City. We offer a range of classes and activities, from beginner to advanced. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sailing School Manager to lead our instructional programs and daily operations. The School Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sailing school, including program development, student and member engagement, instructor management, student enrollment, club memberships, sailing vacations, corporate events and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sailing and be able to work weekends.
