Looking for a full keel heavy displacement sailboat

Looking for a full keel heavy displacement cutter or ketch sailboat. Ideal is 1980-1995, 36 to 44 feet. Such as a Tayana 37 PH or Standard, Hans Christian 36-43, Tashiba 36-40, Union 36, or similar. In the S.F bay area (Bodega to Monterey). In reasonable condition. Trying to avoid structural repairs. Prefer a wheel over a tiller. If you have one or know of one please contact me.
