Customer Service / administrative assistant
Spinnaker Sailing in Redwood City,
is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator / Customer Service member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. This role is for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and being part of a small, energetic team in a waterfront setting. Sailing experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to teach you the basics.
What You’ll Do:
Answer phones and emails, assist customers with class registrations, memberships, and charters • Support daily office and scheduling operations • Process payments, maintain records, answer emails, and be a on premise point of contact for customers • Communicate with instructors and staff to coordinate schedules • customer sales.
