40 FT Endeavour 40 1983

1983 Endeavour 40 in excellent condition in and out. The boat is in a slip at Marina Real in San Carlos, Sonora Mexico. My wife and I live in Tucson and have owned the boat for 10 years. The engine is a 2005 Yanmar 4JH4E 54hp with 1649 hours. The included inflatable is a 2011 hard bottom Achilles 10.4 ft with a 15hp Yamaha 2 cycle outboard. The boat has been very lightly used for the past 10 years. The Doyle mainsail was purchased new about 6 years ago. I just purchased 4 new 100ah AGM batteries.
