39 FT Beneteau Oceanis 393 2002
‘Mayari’ is a clean, spacious boat that has been sailed and operated recently. The diesel engine starts easily, runs smoothly, and does not smoke. This is the desirable two-cabin, two-head layout, with a spacious forward cabin and a private aft cabin extending beneath the cockpit. The bright interior features extensive wood joinery, a large salon and dining area, navigation station, and full galley with double stainless steel sink, stove and oven. The hot-water system works. Additional features include two enclosed wet heads with showers, a large cockpit, swim platform, wide side decks and generous interior and cockpit storage. The layout provides more privacy and usable space than many three-cabin boats of similar size, making ‘Mayari’ well suited for Bay sailing, coastal cruising, extended weekends, or comfortable living aboard. The standing and running rigging are older but appear suitable for continued San Francisco Bay sailing. Replacement should be planned before offshore or ocean passagemaking. Known items include nonworking refrigeration/freezer, nonworking air conditioning, several hatch handles needing repair, an emergency life raft that is included but out of certification, and normal cosmetic wear consistent with age.
