35 FT Yorktown 35 1979/80

SV Merilon is a 1979 Yorktown 35 that has been meticulously maintained by a single owner over the last 32 years. It is a USCG documented vessel with solid hand laid fiberglass hull that was factory finished by Yorktown Yachts and was refitted for blue water sailing. It has a modified long fin keel with skeg-hung rudder and 7000 lbs of lead ingot/ cement ballast which gives it great hull speed(7.5 kts) and downwind tracking performance. It is berthed in LaPaz,BCS, Mx in the heart of Loreto Bay Marine National Park. Perfect live aboard boat for exploring the Sea of Cortez and Beyond.
