27 FT Catalina 1985

Looking for a good home for my beloved Catalina 27. Great sailboat for SF Bay conditions. Regularly maintained inboard Universal (M-18) diesel. Upgrades in the last few years include: four (4) new bronze thru hull valves, Groco raw water strainer, new stuffing box packing, bottom paint (two coats), and wheel cable tightened by SF Boatworks in 2025. New standing rigging from Grand Marina in 2024. New exhaust riser, raw water pump, and regular maintenance from List Marine in 2023. Additional upgrades: two (2) AGM batteries, new cutlass bearing (prop shaft), and lots of general maintenance to winches, engine, fuel system, and hull. Current registration is up to date.
