23 FT Bear Class Sloop 1946

Renegade, Bear #35, is a classic 1946 Nunes-built Bear class wooden sloop, ready to sail away today. She has received extensive professional boatwright work to maintain her in excellent condition as she approaches 80 years afloat. A recent haulout included a refinished bottom, fresh antifouling paint, and newly painted topsides, deck, and cabin top. Her North Sails are in good condition, and the active Bear one-design fleet offers excellent racing and day sailing on San Francisco Bay. Renegade is also featured in Dave C.
