Rare Caledonia yawl, designer: Iain Oughtred, built in the US by Geoffrey Saylor, 1996. Length 19 ft 6 in, beam 6 ft 2 in, draft 12 in with retractable centerboard up and 3 ft 6 in down. Original Egyptian Dacron mainsail and mizzen, with rigging. #11 Fortress anchor; fixtures from Bristol Bronze; Silva compass; okoume high-strength laminated lapstrake hull; 4-stroke Honda 2hp (inboard, well-mounted); 216 lbs lead ballast; hinged rudder for tidal moorings; 4 rowing stations; seats 5; 4 13-ft light cedar oars by Barclay Sound; boat trailer; bow and stern lockers; air chambers provide additional safety.
