The Latest Life on the Water Premiere

Life on the Water, the Sausalito-based documentary company, will premiere their latest film, Jon Wilson, The Restorer’s Journey, on Wednesday, November 16, at the Rafael Film Center in downtown San Rafael. Jon Wilson founded WoodenBoat magazine in Maine in 1974 and the WoodenBoat School, WoodenBoat Show, and Professional Boatbuilder and Hope magazines.

The program will start at 7 p.m. Jeremy Fisher-Smith of Fisher-Smith Boatworks will MC, and guest speakers will include Hank Easom, yacht designer Ron Holland, Milly Biller of Inverness Yacht Club, and Alan Olson of the Matthew Turner Educational Tall Ship. A Q&A with Jon Wilson and filmmaker Oleg Harencar will follow the screening.
