As One Adventure Ends, Another Begins
Francis Joyon took advantage of a weather window this weekend to embark on his Asian Tour record attempts. The Frenchman set off Saturday morning at 9:11 UTC on his attempt at the 8,800-mile Mauritius Route record.
Francis Joyon Plans Asian Voyage
French record-setter Francis Joyon is heading back out to sea. He's looking for new adventures with different horizons. In late October, he plans to set sail alone on a voyage aboard the 105-ft IDEC Sport maxi-trimaran.
