Where in the World Is Santa?

If you’ve ever wondered how you can find out where Santa is at any given time, we have an answer. Since 1955, NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command, has been tracking Santa as he sails around the globe on Christmas Eve. NORAD uses its radar and satellite network to track Santa each Christmas. They watch closely for any signs of movement, and as soon as Santa has taken off from the North Pole, they’re on his six. Plus, jet fighter pilots say they’ve seen him while they’re up in the air, and he always gives them a cheery wave.

Sailors competing in the Vendée Globe are grateful that Santa will know where to find them.

This is all great news because it means the jolly, red-suited, bearded person with the big belly and big Ho-Ho will visit our house! We wrote a nice letter asking Santa to bring us some new sailing toys … well, actually, a new sailing boat.

How about you? Did you remember to ask for a new sailboat? It’s not too late! To help you out we’re sharig this pre-written letter. Don’t worry about all having the same name, Santa knows what’s up.

Dream Run
On a glassy, calm, sunny Monday, the 30th Baja Ha-Ha fleet gathered at the starting line in San Diego to embark upon an unforgettable experience that would include great fishing, sightings of a SpaceX rocket launch, and smooth seas, all under clear skies and a waxing moon.
