The fiasco of 338 foreign-owned boats being impounded — for up to four months — mostly for no good reason —  appears to be nearing an end. Tere Grossman, President of the Mexican Marina Owners Association, reports that only 31 boats still have "problems," and 17 of those belong to Mexicans. More »
