Sale of Farallon Electronics Marine Assets

On April 5, 2024 Farallon Electronics will enter a new chapter with a new owner. Eric Steinberg will be handing the reins to Yev Ossipov. The transition will have Eric continuing with Farallon, both hands-on and in an advisory role for a year or more. Yev will be assuming the marine and industrial business of Farallon, other aspects of Farallon (PACTOR, business property) will remain with Eric and his team.

Yev has worked with us for over a year and has executed projects with skill. He is our choice to carry Farallon forward to serve our clients who enjoy our high standards, hands-on approach, product knowledge and pre / post sale support.

In previous careers, Yev held managerial roles designing and building custom homes as an Architectural LEED Accredited Professional, a USCG licensed boat builder, and is a master woodworker. His technical background and boat knowledge marries well with the electronic systems we design and install. Craftsmanship continues as our top goal.

After 40 years of serving the marine industry, I look forward to helping Yev and our clients with the transition at Farallon. If you have any questions or concerns about a past, ongoing or future project, please reach out to me directly at 415 505 6000 (voice/text) or email [email protected].

Yev can be reached at 415 789 6314 or email [email protected].
