  • Willing to share basic expenses such as food and fuel
  • Willing to bust butt preparing the boat
  • With more desire than experience
  • With lots of ocean experience
  • With more knowledge about navigation than just pushing buttons on a GPS
  • With mechanical skills for the engine and/or other systems
  • Language skills. Reasonably conversant in Spanish
