On Wednesday, August 20, the 'Golden Rule' peace boat will lead a flotilla of Bay Area boats around Alcatraz and on to Richmond, sharing the message of peace and justice.
With less than three months until the send-off, 103 boats are signed up for Baja Ha-Ha XXXI — the 31st annual cruisers' rally from San Diego to Mexico.
