FRAUD WARNING - If you use an email address in your ad, please be EXTREMELY WARY of offers by distant strangers to send you a cashier's check with a higher value than the item they are purchasing, and then have you wire the balance to them. These offers are sometimes emailed to classified advertisers. Banks will cash these counterfeit checks, but then hold you responsible for the funds when the check fails to clear! If you suspect such a scam, or have been victimized, you should contact your local Secret Service field office and/or the FTC toll-free at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) or use the complaint form at www.ftc.gov, or call the Canadian PhoneBusters hotline toll-free at 1-888-495-8501. It's as Easy As...

1. Write your ad. Include category, price if appropriate, and your contact info.

2. Count the words. Anything that usually appears with a space before and after, including numbers, counts as a word. Count them as best you can. There is no need to abbreviate. We will do so as necessary. We may edit to fit if necessary.

3. Send us your ad. Please read instructions below.

To include a photo, write your name and address on the back if you want it returned and enclose it in your envelope. Or, if you have a digital photo, you can email it . Your photo can be color or black and white, but we cannot accept photos that are of inferior quality. All ads must be in our office by 5pm on the 18th of the month prior to publication. Ads received after the deadline will run the following month.

Please Note: Ads will appear in print first, THEN online during the week AFTER the magazine is published; they do not go online as soon as they are placed. Personal Ads only appear online as a free service to those who place ads in the magazine. Photos and Business Ads will not appear online.
