The More the Merrier

Even when the breeze goes light, it’s a great feeling to be cruising south in the company of like-minded sailors, having left your worries behind you.

The Baja Ha-Ha Rally Committee has always reserved the right to make changes in the event, even after the starting horn sounds. So it comes as no surprise that they’ve succumbed to the subtle arm-twisting of a few would-be participants who missed the September 15 entry deadline. Bottom line: The entry portal has been reopened, and will remain open until shortly before the October 25 Costume Kick-off Party.

With stops along the way, including completely undeveloped Bahia Santa Maria, the Ha-Ha’s itinerary exposes you to offshore sailing, yet gives you plenty of time to rest up and spend quality time with new cruising friends.
