The fine print: Prices include CA sales tax. Shipping & handling* is extra and starts at $6.00. Most orders will be shipped by first class mail, priority mail or parcel post, but some orders may be shipped by UPS Ground. Because we're a small staff with strict publishing deadlines, please allow up to four weeks for delivery.

*Shipping & handling charges are designed for mailing or shipping in North America. Although we will not reject an order from abroad, we may contact you for additional postage before shipping your order. We can only accept payment in U.S. funds.
