Traveling with Latitude 38

November 7 – Malta

Per Curtiss writes, “Whether on my
Cal 31 out of Marina del Rey, or on a trip, I always have a copy
of Latitude 38 on hand. The enclosed photos were taken
recently in the Maltese Islands, in the ancient port cities of
Valletta, on the island of Malta, at the famous ‘Barbary Coast’,
and Mgarr harbor on neighboring Gozo island.”

as a guest of SoCal sailor Per Curtiss. The three photos at right are of the Barbary Coast.

The De-Naming Ceremony
I once met a man in Florida who told me he’d owned 24 different yachts and renamed every single one of them.
